At Triluxe Creation & Planning, we invest time, creativity, and preparation into evert event, website and custom design projects. To ensure clarity, our refund policy is outlined below.

Non - Refundable Retainers

  • All retainers are non - refundable and required to secure event dates, website projects and design projects.

  • Retainers cover initial consultations, concept development, research, vendor coordination and administrative preparation.

  • Once your date or project slot is secured, other bookings are declined, and the retainer cannot be refunded

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
